We accept payment through secure online methods. Full payment or a retainer is typically required before services begin. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Custom project fees will be discussed during client consultation.

4. Refunds

Due to the customized nature of investigative services, completed services are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if services have not commenced. See our full Refund Policy.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

If you create a client portal or account on our site, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel access if you violate these Terms, abuse our services, provide false information, or engage in illegal activity.
